Session Change Form

If you are unable to submit your session change request on the website, please complete this form and email it as an attachment to catcamp@txstate.edu.

Change requests must be received at least 10 business days prior to the session you are requesting to change to. We will do our best to honor the change request IF the deadline has been met, and IF there is availability to add students to the requested session.
